30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day refund guarantee on all MarketplaceKit purchases. If you're not satisfied with the product for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to info@creativewin.net with:

• Your order number or the email used for purchase
• A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days through Gumroad, our payment processor. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.

After 30 Days

Refund requests made after the 30-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis. We want every customer to be happy, so reach out and we'll do our best to find a solution.

Important Notes

• MarketplaceKit is a digital product — source code delivered instantly after purchase. Since the code cannot be "returned", we rely on good faith.
• Upon refund, your license is revoked and you must delete all copies of the source code.
• We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of obvious abuse (e.g., requesting refunds on multiple purchases, deploying the code in production while requesting a refund).

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We're always happy to resolve issues directly and issue refunds when warranted. Chargebacks incur fees on our end and may result in your account being permanently banned.
