1. Overview

MarketplaceKit is a digital product sold by CreativeWin ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing MarketplaceKit, you ("buyer", "you") agree to these Terms of Service.

MarketplaceKit is a source code boilerplate — a Next.js application you download, customize, and deploy to build your own rental marketplace platform.

2. Product & Delivery

After successful payment, you will receive instant access to download the complete source code. Delivery is fully automated — no manual intervention required.

The product includes:

  • Complete Next.js source code (TypeScript)
  • Database schema and migrations (PostgreSQL + Prisma)
  • Documentation and setup guides
  • Interactive CLI setup wizard
  • Demo seed data

3. License Tiers

Starter ($249)

Personal use license. You may use MarketplaceKit to build and deploy one marketplace project for yourself. You may not use it for client work or resell the source code.

Pro ($399)

Commercial license. You may use MarketplaceKit for unlimited projects, including client work. Includes lifetime updates and priority support. You may not resell or redistribute the source code itself.

Enterprise ($999)

Extended commercial license with white-label rights, 1:1 setup assistance, architecture review, and SLA support. You may not resell or redistribute the source code itself.

4. What You Can Do

  • Modify the source code for your own projects
  • Deploy the marketplace to any hosting provider
  • Use it for commercial projects (Pro and Enterprise tiers)
  • Build client projects with it (Pro and Enterprise tiers)
  • Remove all MarketplaceKit branding

5. What You Cannot Do

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the source code
  • Create a competing boilerplate product using our code
  • Publish the source code in a public repository
  • Claim authorship of the original codebase
  • Share your download access with others

6. Updates

Starter: 6 months of updates from the date of purchase.

Pro & Enterprise: Lifetime updates for as long as the product is maintained.

Updates are delivered via the same download link. We are not obligated to add new features, but we actively maintain and improve the product.

7. Support

Starter: Community support via documentation.

Pro: Priority email support with a target response time of 48 hours.

Enterprise: SLA support with a target response time of 24 hours, plus a 2-hour 1:1 setup call.

Support covers setup, configuration, and usage of MarketplaceKit. We do not provide support for custom modifications or third-party integrations.

8. Third-Party Services

MarketplaceKit integrates with third-party services that may have their own costs:

  • Hosting provider (Vercel, Railway, etc.) — your choice
  • PostgreSQL database — your choice of provider
  • Cloudflare R2 — for image storage (optional)
  • Mapbox — for maps (optional)
  • Resend — for emails (optional)
  • Claude API — for AI assistant (optional)

We are not responsible for the pricing, availability, or terms of these third-party services.

9. Disclaimer

MarketplaceKit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or suitable for any specific purpose. You are responsible for testing and validating the software before deploying it in a production environment.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Your continued use of the product constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
